Cheese Wafers
Cheese Wafers are easy to make and perfect for any event. Combine 2 cups of shredded old Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup flour, and 2 cups Rice Krispies® cereal. Mix, drop by rounded teaspoonful, flatten, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool before storing in the fridge or freezer. Always check labels for allergens. Test results are best with Kellogg’s products; results with others may vary.

Ingredients
- 500 ml or 2 cupsshredded old Cheddar cheese (227g pkg)
- 125 ml or 1/2 cupbutter softened
- 7 ml or 1 1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
- 250 ml or 1 cupall-purpose flour
- 500 ml or 22 mlRice Krispies* cereal
Directions
1. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. 2. Stir in flour. Add cereal, mixing until well blended. 3. Drop by rounded 5 ml (rounded teaspoonful) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork. 4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) 10-12 minutes or until golden on bottom. Let cool on cookie sheets on rack.
