Bhel Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ tablespoons of a boiled, cut into cubes potato
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 and ½ cups Rice Krispies* Cereal
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped, for garnish coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Boil 1/2 a potato until soft and then chop into cubes.

2. Chop red onion and cucumber.

3. Combine potato, red onion, cucumber, peanuts and Rice Krispies* Cereal into a deep bowl and mix well.

4. Add 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of Tamarind chutney and mix in with the other ingredients.

5. Garnish with chopped coriander and salt.
