Create a playful dessert pizza with Rice Krispies® cereal, marshmallows, and margarine. Melt 250 g marshmallows and 50 mL margarine. Stir until smooth, then add 6 cups cereal. Spread the mix in a 36 cm pan. Top with strawberry jam as "sauce" and yellow frosting as "cheese." Add fruit roll circles for "pepperoni" and finish with candy sprinkles. Choose between microwave or stovetop methods. Always check for allergens on product labels. Get creative and share with friends for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 50 mL (1/4 cup)margarine or butter
- 250 g (1 pkg)(about 40) regular marshmallows or 5 cups miniature
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp)vanilla extract (optional)
- 1.5 L (6 cups)
Rice Krispies® cereal
- Prepared yellow frosting
- Strawberry jam
- Red fruit roll type snacks, cut into quater size circles
Directions
Microwave Method:
- In large microwave safe bowl, melt margarine and marshmallows on HIGH for about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
- Stir mixture until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Add Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal, stirring until well coated.
- Spread cereal mixture into a buttered 36 cm pizza pan. Allow to cool.
- To make pizza: spread strawberry jam on top of cereal mixture for tomato sauce. Leave edges plain to resemble pizza crust.
- Spread yellow frosting over jam for cheese.
- Decorate with fruit roll type snack circles for pepperoni. Top with candy sprinkles for spices. Cut into slices and serve.
Stove Top Method:
- Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Follow steps 2 and 6 above.
